Architects

While we do not execute, create, or stamp drawings, we have extensive experience working with multiple design styles, architects, and draftsmen, which allows us to contribute to the design process with thoughts and ideas, both practical and aesthetic. As with the other professional disciplines with whom we partner, we also have an exhaustive list of design professionals for clients’ consideration depending upon the needs of a given client and their project.

Engineers

Depending on the complexity of a project, engineering service requirements might run from minimal to extensive. Our long tenure in the industry provides us with a comprehensive list of engineering resources across multiple disciplines, should a specific engineering challenge be confronted.

Lawyers

We recommend that you ALWAYS consult with your attorney before signing any documents related to the construction of your project. We are happy to supplement their legal advice with practical information regarding what might be reasonable and typical in the industry. 

Contractors

No single contractor is a good fit for every project. Our goal is to help our clients identify those contractors whom they might wish to consider that are best suited to the unique needs of their specific project.
